Homemade Coffee whipped cream

Quick and easy homemade lactose-free coffee whipped cream.
Whipped Coffee cream is a quick dessert to prepare at home, in a few minutes, at the end of a dinner with friends or for a delicious break.
This recipe is also suitable for vegan and lactose-free diets.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients for 4 cups:
- Espresso coffee: 50 ml
- Ice cubes 8/10 pcs
- sugar to taste
- Bitter cocoa to taste
Procedure:
Extract the espresso coffee, sweeten to taste and let it cool.
Mix the ice cubes to taste with the cooled espresso coffee in a blender or mixer for about 4-5 minutes until you obtain a thick and frothy cream. Preparation times vary depending on the appliance and the size of the ice cubes used.
Portion and serve the coffee foam obtained in cups or glasses and sprinkle the surface with bitter cocoa as final decoration.
Advice:
The whipped coffee cream should be consumed immediately after preparation. This is a whipped coffee cream as there is no milk cream present and the mixture swells thanks to the air incorporated into the process. Moderate the amount of sugar if you prefer bitter coffee.
