At Caffè Monforte, Quality is the heart of any action. From raw material selection to coffee roasting, any manufacturing phase is followed with attention and expertise in order to offer our customers a coffee complying with International Standards and sustainable values. Our certified and highly innovative roasting plants guarantee a perfectly controlled manufacturing process able to offer the best possible taste, sustainability and environment respect.
Our Quality Control analyses green coffee samples and select the best flawless catagories to choose the origins suitable to create Caffè Monforte coffee blends. Once roasted, our QC makes tasting according to the method called Brazilian Cupping. to evaluate the organoleptic characteristics in cup and the sensory profile obtained.

Moreover, to ensure high quality standards, our production process includes three different foreign body selection phases:
- the first one is carried out at the beginning of the manufacturing process to remove foreign bodies from green coffees;
- the second one is carried out by the roasting machine itself through a metal detector which retain metal foreign bodies while roasting coffee;
- the third one occurs at the end of the roasting process and before the packing one, when roasted coffee is passed to the sieve of an optical sorter.
