We prepare and ship the order received within 7 business days from order confirmation, by courier, to the address indicated when completing the order.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout in the cart, based on the shipping address entered and the quantity/total amount of the order placed.
For non-EU countries, shipping costs do not include customs duties, which are always the responsibility of the customer.
If the system is unable to automatically calculate shipping costs for the entered address, please contact us through the contact form or write to sales@caffemonforte.com, specifying the products you'd like to order and the delivery address. We will send you a personalized order confirmation including shipping charges.
We offer FREE DELIVERY to Italy for orders over € 65,00.
Registered customers will receive the shipment number to track the order on the portal of the relevant courier.
The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, with delivery within 2 business days in Italy, 5–6 business days in Europe, and 10–15 business days for other destinations.
