In our opinion, producing high quality coffee means respecting the environment. From self-produced solar energy to waste reduction during producing phases, we’re committed to a make our production chain more sustainable.
We pay attention to environment in any phase of our manufacturing process. We adopt circular economy best practices, reduce wastes and optimize natural resources use. Our roasting and packing machines are operated by renewable source energy for an environmentally sustainable coffee.
Our roasting machines embody state-of-the-art technology able to guarantee a perfect electronically and digitally controlled roasting process; to reduce polluting gas and flying particle emissions into the air, thanks to the double filtering of fumes deriving from the roasting process; and to save energy, thanks to the re-use of filtered hot air to keep constant the temperature inside the roasting machine’s drum.
Any coffee blend produced is the result of a concrete commitment to planet and future generations.
