Tiramisù cup

If you are a coffee lover you will love to prepare this delicious dessert! Tiramisu is a classic dessert of Italian cuisine, known and appreciated throughout the world. Suitable to conclude any meal, a delicious delicacy when you have guests to delight.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- Mascarpone 250g
- Savoiardi biscuits 20pcs
- Fresh whipping cream 200 ml
- Icing sugar 60g
- Mocha coffee 3 cups (about 50-80ml)
- Bitter cocoa to taste
Procedure:
First prepare the coffee with the moka and let it cool in a bowl.
Whip the fresh cream and icing sugar with an electric whisk. Add the mascarpone and continue mixing with the whisk until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
Prepare the first layer on the bottom of the glass, soaking the savoiardi biscuits in the coffee on both sides and placing them on the bottom.
Cover with the creamy mixture obtained and repeat the operation alternating the layers of savoiardi biscuits.
Finally, cover the surface of the creamy mixture with bitter cocoa and place the glasses in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Your tiramisu is ready to serve!
Advice:
This recipe does not use eggs as per the classic recipe, therefore the dessert can be consumed in 2/3 days if correctly stored in the refrigerator.
