Sweetened cocoa powder for hot or cold drinking chocolate made of exclusively natural ingredients with no chemical additives.
Packed in 1kg bag for the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.
Ingredients: the finest cocoa powder 22-24% fat (25% min), sugar, corn starch, salt and a hint of vanilla flavour.
How to prepare: melt 4 tea spoons of MonforteChoc cocoa powder into 135ml of milk and, continuously stirring, let it boil for about 2 minutes.
