Espresso

-7 g finely-ground roasted coffee powder

– 25ml of water at 88–93° C

– pre-heated espresso cup

 Add 7 g of finely-ground roasted coffee powder into the single portafilter and using a tamper gently press and level it. Then, insert the portafilter to the espresso machine brewing group and brew the espresso coffee for about 20-25 seconds, until filling the pre-heated espresso cup up to 25ml of coffee.
